Harry R. Kunesh Harry, a resident of Elburn, is a retired commercial artist, having spent over 40 years "on the board" as an illustrator. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Harry now spends his time building model aircraft and painting one of his lifetime favorite subjects - airplanes! The aircraft depicted range from 1917 to World War II and include "home-builts". Two paintings, the Fokker D VII and the N3N floatplane, have won awards at the EAA Oshkosh art competition in 1994.
